An award-winning songwriter and record producer, Adam he has written for, and worked with, many of the music business' most illustrious and successful names including Johnny Cash, KISS, John Waite, Chicago, Merle Haggard, Waylon Jennings, Linda Ronstadt, Art Garfunkel, Olivia Newton-John, Manhattan Transfer, Graham Nash and many others.

Adam was recently paid a huge tribute when his hit Out Among The Stars was used as the name of Johnny Cash's posthumous studio album released through Legacy Recordings. Adam's hit of the same name is on the album. Adam has also written other well-known hits like, Tears, recorded by John Waite; Creatures of the Night, recorded by KISS; Crazy Crazy Nights , recorded by KISS; and Dancin' Round and Round, recorded by Olivia Newton-John.

A former Warner Bros. recording artist, his songs have been recorded over one hundred and fifty times, in rock, pop and country, by many of the biggest names in music world. Several of his individual songs have been recorded over twenty times by different artists and his work has won numerous music business awards, including Canada's Juno and RPM Magazine's Best New Artist Award.

In addition to Adam's work as a writer and producer, he is a board member of the Songwriters Guild of America and is in frequent demand as a teacher of songwriting and contributor to songwriting clinics and magazines.
